Welcome to High Limit Transportation. Before you proceed with your rental, please read and understand these terms and conditions.
RENTAL REQUIREMENTS
To rent a car, you must meet the following requirements:
a. You must be at least 21 years old and hold a valid driver’s license for a minimum of 2 years.
b. You must provide a valid credit or debit card in your name to pay for the rental.
c. You must provide a valid government-issued ID with your name and photo.
d. You must provide proof of insurance that covers rental cars.
RENTAL PERIOD
The rental period begins on the date and time specified in the rental agreement and ends on the date and time specified in the agreement. If you return the car later than the specified time, you may be charged for an additional day.
PAYMENT
a. You must pay the full rental amount and any additional fees, including taxes and surcharges, at the time of rental.
b. We accept payment by credit or debit card. The cardholder must be present at the time of rental.
c. We reserve the right to pre-authorize your credit or debit card for the estimated rental charges plus an additional amount for incidentals.
d. You must pay a deposit at the time of booking to reserve the party bus.
e. You must pay the full rental amount and any additional fees, including taxes and surcharges, at least 48 hours before the party bus period begins.
CANCELLATION AND MODIFICATION
a. You may cancel or modify your reservation up to 24 hours before the scheduled pick-up time without penalty.
b. If you fail to cancel or modify your reservation at least 24 hours before the scheduled pick-up time, you will be charged a cancellation fee.
USE OF THE RENTAL CAR
a. Only authorized drivers listed on the rental agreement are permitted to drive the rental car.
b. The rental car must only be used for personal use and not for commercial purposes.
c. The rental car must only be driven on paved roads and in compliance with all applicable laws.
d. The rental car must not be used for any illegal activities, including but not limited to drug trafficking, smuggling, or any other criminal activity.
INSURANCE
a. You must have valid insurance that covers rental cars.
b. If you do not have valid insurance that covers rental cars, you may purchase insurance from us at an additional cost.
ACCIDENTS AND DAMAGE
a. In the event of an accident or damage to the rental car, you must notify us immediately.
b. You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations regarding reporting accidents and damage to the rental car.
c. You are responsible for all damages and costs associated with the rental car, including but not limited to repair costs, loss of use, and administrative fees.
ALCOHOL AND DRUGS
a. Alcohol and drugs are not permitted on the party bus if any passenger is under the legal drinking age.
b. Any passenger under legal age found to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs will be asked to leave the party bus immediately.
c. We reserve the right to terminate the rental agreement and require all passengers to exit the party bus if any passenger under legal age is found to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
CLEANING AND DAMAGES
a. You are responsible for any damages caused to the party bus during the rental period.
b. You must return the party bus in the same condition as it was rented, with no excessive cleaning required.
c. If the party bus requires excessive cleaning or repair due to damages caused during the rental period, you will be charged for the cost of cleaning or repair, as well as any loss of use fees.
SAFETY AND SECURITY
a. Seat belts must be worn by all passengers at all times while the party bus is in motion.
b. Passengers must not stand up or move around while the party bus is in motion.
c. Passengers must not tamper with any safety or security features of the party bus.
RETURN OF THE RENTAL CAR
a. You must return the rental car on or before the specified return date and time.
b. The rental car must be returned in the same condition as it was rented, with a full tank of gas.
c. If the rental car is returned late, you may be charged an additional fee.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
a. We are not liable for any loss or damage to your personal property while using the rental car.
b. We are not liable for any injuries or damages caused by the use of the rental car.
c. We are not liable for any indirect, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of the rental car.
d. We are not liable for any loss or damage to your personal property while using the party bus.
e. We are not liable for any injuries or damages caused by the use of the party bus
GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION
These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Arizona. Any dispute arising under or in connection with these terms and conditions shall be resolved exclusively by the courts of Arizona.
