Refund Policy

At High Limit Transportation, we strive to provide our customers with excellent service and satisfaction. However, we understand that sometimes circumstances may arise that require you to cancel your reservation or request a refund. This Refund Policy outlines our policies and procedures regarding refunds for our car rental and party bus services.

  1. Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel your reservation, please do so as soon as possible to avoid any cancellation fees. We require at least 24 hours’ notice for all cancellations. If you cancel within 24 hours of your reservation, you will be charged a cancellation fee equal to one day’s rental fee.

  1. Refund Policy

We offer refunds in the following circumstances:

  • If you cancel your reservation at least 24 hours in advance, we will refund your rental fee in full.

  • If we are unable to provide you with the vehicle or service you reserved due to circumstances beyond our control (such as mechanical breakdown or accident), we will refund your rental fee in full.

  • If we cancel your reservation for any reason other than a breach of our policies by you, we will refund your rental fee in full.

  1. Processing Refunds

Refunds will be processed within 7 business days of the cancellation or request for refund. Refunds will be issued to the same payment method used for the original reservation. If you paid with a credit card, please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.

  1. No Show Policy

If you fail to show up for your reservation without notifying us, you will be charged the full rental fee and will not be eligible for a refund.

  1. Damages Policy

If you return the vehicle or party bus with damage, you will be responsible for the cost of repair or replacement. If the damage is covered by your insurance, we will work with your insurance company to process the claim. If the damage is not covered by your insurance or you decline to involve your insurance company, you will be responsible for paying for the repairs or replacement.
